Elders’ needs and families’ schedules are different. Amara offers simple plans for common situations and a Make Your Own Plan (MYOP) option when you need something tailored.

Elder’s Well-being, Our Priority

Starting INR ………./- per month

Light support, supervision and companionship with a 24×7 safety backup

Fixed-time home visit (daily, weekly or twice a week), 1 or 2 hours per visit for basic assistance, supervision and companionship for social interactions, playing games, interactive discussions, story-telling.
Book, coordinate and assist with basic health check-up, with an Internal Medicine Doctor (in-person or online) once every 3 months
Book, coordinate and supervise Lab Tests & Diagnostics as recommended by the Doctor
Book, coordinate and supervise Physiotherapy sessions at home as recommended by the Doctor
24×7 helpline and emergency coordination

Note:

The Plan does not include any medical support or medical activities. This is a help and support plan with a visiting Amara Care Buddy who is not clinically trained
Direct costs extra – All extra charges (doctor fees, lab tests, diagnostics, physiotherapy, medicines, hospital or clinic fee, transport, equipment etc.) are payable separately by the family.
Extra time billed separately – if the Amara Care Buddy is required beyond the fixed 2-hour visit, twice a week, additional time will be charged extra @ INR ……./- per hour or part-thereof, subject to availability.

8/12/24 hour Non-clinical Care Assistance by a QAI, UK trained caregiver, who are also certified by Home Management & Caregivers Sector Skill Council (HMCGSSC), working under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), Govt. of India.

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)-Oral Feeding, Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toilet use assistance, Mobility assistance, Hydration checks, Oral medication based on prescription
Basic food preparation for the elder (the Amara Care Attendants are not trained cooks)
Washing of clothes of the elder in the washing machine, drying and ironing
10-15 minutes of light massage
Elder’s room housekeeping and washroom care (cleanliness, bed linen change & hygiene management)
Accompanying for walks and visit to the community park
Assistance with social interactions
Vital Monitoring (Blood Pressure, Oxygen Level, Sugar, Body Temperature), using standard equipment
Book, coordinate and assist with basic health check-up, with an Internal Medicine Doctor (in-person or online) once every 3 months
Book, coordinate and supervise Lab Tests & Diagnostics as recommended by the Doctor
Book, coordinate and supervise Physiotherapy sessions at home as recommended by the Doctor
24×7 helpline and emergency coordination

The Plan does not include any medical support or medical activities. This is a caregiving activity by a Amara Cared Attendant who are trained on Caregiving practices and are not trained for nursing or doctor’s activities.
Direct costs extra – All extra charges (doctor fees, lab tests, diagnostics, physiotherapy, medicines, hospital or clinic fee, transport, equipment etc.) are payable separately by the family.
Extra time billed separately – if the Amara Care Attendant is required beyond the subscribed plan will be charged extra @ INR ……./- per hour or part-thereof, subject to availability.

For elders who can step out but need structured support, we offer safe, supervised and managed facility away from home—whether for the day, a weekend or a longer short-stay. Elders receive support, routine and companionship, while families get peace of mind knowing their loved one is in a warm, monitored environment.

Safe, supervised and secure boarding facility at a Amara chosen facility (room in a managed apartment or an room at a farm house with open greens or like a guest at a household or a similar facility)
All meals depending upon the duration (Bed-tea, Breakfast, Fruits, Lunch, Tea, Fruits, Dinner, Bed-time Milk)
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)-Oral Feeding, Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toilet use assistance, Mobility assistance, Hydration checks, Oral medication based on prescription
Washing of clothes of the elder in the washing machine, drying and ironing
10-15 minutes of light massage, every day
Accompanying for walks and visit to the community park
Assistance with participating in simple activities to keep the elder engaged and assistance with social interactions including gentle physical and cognitive engagement
Taking elder for a short-drive around for a change

Book, coordinate and assist with basic health check-up, with an Internal Medicine Doctor (in-person or online) once every 3 months
