Convex Healthcare serves as the Principal Implementation Agency (PIA) for Zamit–QAI, a global partnership between Zamit, a UK-based SkillTech company, and QAI, UK, a private international qualifications and assessment body. Zamit and QAI are Approved Training Partners of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
Through this partnership, Convex Healthcare delivers internationally benchmarked programmes (domain and language), assessments, recognition of prior learning and certifications aligned to recognised national and international standards, providing learners, employers and care recipients with world-class, future-ready credentials and services.

Understand your needs
We begin with a conversation with the family (and elder, where possible) to understand:
- Health background and daily routine
- What support is needed
- Home situation and preferences
Design the care plan
Based on your needs, we suggest:
- The right mix of home care, day care, and/or short-stay
- Number of hours, days and duration
- Any partner clinical services you may wish to add
Match, allocate and brief the Amara Care Attendant
We identify a suitable care attendant, then:
- Share your elder’s preferences and routine with them
- Brief them on tasks, boundaries and safety protocols
- Arrange an introduction with the family, where possible
Start services
Care begins on the agreed start date. We:
- Track attendance and basic notes
- Stay in touch with you for any adjustments
- Support the caregiver with supervision and guidance
Keep you informed
Depending on your plan, you receive:
- Updates via calls/WhatsApp/app notifications
- Alerts in case of any incident or concern
- A simple monthly summary (for higher-tier plans)
Review and adjust
Care needs change. We periodically review with you:
- What is working well
- What needs to change (hours, tasks, plan type)
- Whether day-care or short-stay options should be added

HMCGSSC is an apex body complementing the Govt. of India’s efforts for skilling 400 million workforce and is on a mission to create sustainable livelihood for one of the largest growing informal sectors of work and provide them with dignity of labour for their contribution to their own families, households they support and to the GDP.
